Talking about local problems

Participants worked in national groups. Using the „fishbone” method they wrote down the problems that their local communities are struggling with. The next stage of the exercise was finding ways to solve the problems. Each of the national groups worked on the problems of another country. Sessions ended with the presentation of problems together with an idea for a solution. The Polish group also develop a poster on problems, and in the second stage joined the other participants (solving the problems of Poles was planned in the next session) Participants from Poland presented problems with which their local community is struggling every day. Then, the participants were divided into international groups. Each group selected one of the problems that they would like to find a solution for. These groups had to deal with a given problem throughout the entire exchange
