From 18/06/2022 until 30/06/2022 we will organise a project “The Art of Leadership” that will take place in Rzeszow. Fifty participants from Poland, Turkey, Hungary, Latvia, and Macedonia will come together to explore the various leadership types, recognise a leader within themselves and develop this trait. The goal of this Youth Exchange is to empower young people, provide them with the possibility to get new skills and knowledge and increase their ability to create projects tackling and solving common community problems.
This Youth Exchange project aims to develop concrete leadership skills for participants such as intercultural communication and public speaking, team building, facilitation, and conflict management.
Through non-formal education methods, we will enable and motivate participants to share their knowledge, information and experience in order to act as multipliers in the civil society field.
