The first activity day is here! 🙂 Today began with building activities and playing name games, that helped our group to break the ice and feel more comfortable with each other.
Afterwards, we made two circles and drew each other. The task was to create a portrait of each other. Ultimately, everyone had a picture of themselves with an animal body.
After that, we had a game where we had to write 3 true and one false fact about ourselves, and then the others had to guess which one was false. After these activities, we continued with speed dating and proceeded with lunch.
After finishing our lunch we took a short break to keep the participants relaxed. Once the break ended we continued our daily gathering and started on the topic of getting introduced into the project of leadership. We were asked to describe what leadership actually means. We discussed the issue and meaning and after the discussion ended we were asked how we were introduced to the project: most of us were introduced by a friend. The next activity was about expectations and fears about the project. We wrote our answers on sticky paper and discussed them together and shortly after we started our next topic which was our rules for the project. We were divided into 6 groups with similar answers so we were all on the same page. After this discussion we established the rules and all the participants signed them. Then we were split into different teams from different nationalities and began our group duties.
