The preparatory visit for the project „Together Against Discrimination” took place in Grudziądz, Poland, from 01/07/2023 until 03/07/2023. The project’s primary objective is to empower young individuals with a deeper understanding of how to overcome exclusion based on various characteristics. Participants will explore the complex dynamics of discrimination and its impact on individuals’ lives, exploring the intersections of social and ethnic backgrounds, family economic situations, disabilities, different sexual orientations, and limited access to resources and inclusive environments.
The preparatory visit in Grudziądz served as a step in shaping the Youth Exchange program. It ensured that the project team and participants were aligned in their objectives, methodologies, and expectations. With a strong foundation in place, the project will create a transformative experience for participants, equipping them with the necessary tools to combat discrimination and build a more inclusive and equitable future.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by the organisation “I Like Czersk” together with partners from Spain, Georgia, Ireland, Turkey, Montenegro, Ukraine and Tunisia.
