„The Leader Within” is an Erasmus+ mobility that will take place in Grudziadz, Poland, from 30/06/2023 until 09/07/2023 together with partners and participants from Poland, Latvia, Hungary, Spain, Romania, Estonia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Slovakia.
The project is aimed at increasing and developing leadership skills through a range of activities including educational games, expert panels, and group work. Youth workers will increase their knowledge about group dynamics and broaden their role repertoire as leaders. Specific hands-on tools will be provided to equip participants with problem-solving, decision-making, coaching, and conflict-management skills. The course will also foster self-awareness about the role of a leader and broaden knowledge about the psychology and neuroscience of leadership.
By participating in „The Leader Within”, youth workers will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead and contribute to their organizations.
