The Youth Exchange “The Art of Leadership 2” will take place in Drobin, Poland, from 30/03/2023 until 12/04/2023. The project is realized together with our partners from, Latvia, Türkiye, Ireland, Croatia, North Macedonia and Italy.
The main aims of the project „The Art of Leadership 2” is to explore the topic of leadership, group work and defining your leadership style.
The Youth Exchange is intended to support the development of young people, through getting to know other cultures, learning how to work in an international group, acquiring new skills and competencies as well as understanding the principles of democracy and the idea of a united Europe.
Beyond the theoretical aspects, this project is designed to empower young individuals through practical experiences and intercultural immersion. By fostering connections with participants from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives, the Youth Exchange serves as a unique platform for cultivating intercultural awareness and appreciation. As the participants learn to work in an international group, they will discover the transformative power of diversity and inclusion, unlocking the potential for innovative problem-solving and creativity.
