Created during the Green Connections: Healthy and Ecological Use of Social Media Youth Exchange, this toolkit brings together the ideas, reflections and activities developed by participants in Kroczyce, Poland.
Inside, you can find youth-led workshops and creative methods about digital well-being, social media habits, mental health, nature connection, inclusion and the environmental impact of our online behaviour.
From phone-free reflection and meditation to green habit challenges, role plays, problem-solving games and discussions about digital choices, each activity invites young people to think, connect and act more consciously.
This toolkit is not the end of the project – it is a starting point.
The real impact begins when these ideas are used in daily life, shared with others and turned into action.
