Cześć! Right now we are hosting the Training Course “ToGATHER and TOGETHER”. The project takes place in Grudziądz (Poland) from 11/07/2022- 20/07/2022 with partners from Latvia , Jordan , Moldova , Hungary , Romania , Albania , Georgia Turkey and Ukraine . The primary focus of this Training Course is to empower 24 dedicated youth workers with a deep understanding of group dynamics. Throughout the course, participants will engage in dynamic workshops, insightful discussions, and practical exercises to enhance their knowledge in areas such as coaching, conflict management, and team building. Through interactive activities and experiential learning, our aim is to equip the participants with essential tools and skills to foster effective group dynamics and leadership within their respective communities.
