The training course „ToGATHER and TOGETHER” concluded with a resounding success and a profound impact on all participants. Held in the city of Grudziądz, Poland, from July 11th to July 20th, 2022, the project brought together youth workers from Latvia 🇱🇻, Jordan 🇯🇴, Moldova 🇲🇩, Hungary 🇭🇺, Romania 🇷🇴, Albania 🇦🇱, Georgia 🇬🇪, Turkey 🇹🇷 and Ukraine 🇺🇦.
Throughout the course, the participants delved into the intricacies of group dynamics, gaining invaluable knowledge in coaching, conflict management, and team building. The interactive workshops, insightful discussions, and practical exercises created a vibrant and dynamic learning environment, fostering cross-cultural exchange and mutual understanding. As the training course came to a close, the participants left with strengthened skills, enhanced perspectives, and a strong sense of unity and collaboration. The „ToGATHER and TOGETHER” training course undoubtedly paved the way for a more inclusive and empowered youth workforce, poised to effect positive change in their communities.
